Haemo Laboratory advocates the Department of Health's (DOH) "PinaSiglang 2026" campaign. 

The DOH is promoting this initiative that  introduces 12 Healthy Habits designed to be adopted month-by-month throughout the year to foster a more energized and health-conscious nation.

The 12 Healthy Habits for 2026

The campaign encourages Filipinos to focus on one practical action each month to build long-term wellness: 

​

  • January: Move Your Body — Engage in 30 to 60 minutes of daily physical activity to build a strong foundation.

  • February: Eat Balanced Meals — Use the Pinggang Pinoy guide, focusing on "Go, Grow, and Glow" foods for proper nutrition.

  • March: Get Protected — Prioritize immunization against preventable diseases like flu, pneumonia, and measles.

  • April: Routine Check-ups — Schedule an annual medical check-up to detect potential health concerns early. Visit Haemo Laboratory now. Home visit available

  • May: Manage Stress — Dedicate 15 to 20 minutes daily to meditation or mindfulness practices.

  • June: Road Safety — Practice safety on the road by following traffic rules and wearing helmets.

  • July: Proper Hygiene — Maintain consistent handwashing for at least 20 seconds to prevent the spread of illness.

  • August: Avoid Alcohol — Reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption to protect long-term organ health.

  • September: Sexual Health — Engage in open discussions and education regarding safe sex and reproductive health.

  • October: Adequate Rest — Aim for at least 8 hours of quality sleep every night.

  • November: No Smoking and Vaping — Commit to a tobacco-free lifestyle to prevent non-communicable diseases.

  • December: Self-Discipline — Focus on the personal responsibility and commitment required to maintain these habits for life.

Campaign Goals and Implementation

 Haemo laboratory is disseminating these reminders  to ensure the message reaches every community. The framework aligns with the DOH 8-Point Action Agenda, which aims to address lifestyle-related risks like obesity and hypertension through behavioral change.
